Injury Care/Pain Management

With Pilates, we’ll create a personalized exercise plan that supports your changing body. Each session can be adjusted and modified to keep you strong, comfortable, and confident throughout pregnancy while preparing your body for birth.

After birth, our focus shifts to safely rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength while addressing common postpartum concerns. Together, we’ll restore balance, strength, and confidence in your movement as you navigate this new season.

Fitness Focus

Pilates is a great way to supplement any fitness routine. We will use resistance to strengthen muscles, increase mobility, and improve flexibility. 

Pilates for Dancers

Dancers have unique physical needs and are often more prone to injury. With Pilates, we’ll build the strength required for better turnout, more power in your jumps, and greater overall control in movement.
